If the slime is still to sticky spray some more activator onto your hands and knead.
Keep repeating process very slowly as you may over activate your slime.
Slime can become hard in cold weather. Take out your slime and start kneading or put in a sunny spot to bring the temperature up.
If your slime is hard because of over activating, put into an airtight container and let it sit for a few days in a warm place until it softens.
